Beachy happiness

I walked up to Ellwood Mesa today for the first time time in a year and a half. It featured prominently in this blog once upon a time when I walked alone, but since I now have a more or less constant small companion I've avoided it for fear of the arduous trek up the rocky terrain with a stroller (not an unfounded fear, I learned). I forgot how lovely it is. Kurt seemed to enjoy the ride also.

I continue to accrue photographic evidence that we lived here near the ocean, so that in a year when we've moved to Wisconsin or whatever, in between shovelling snow and catching pneumonia I can look back at my pictures and weep.
